Information forF teams visiting High Littleton FC

Firstly welcome to High Littleton. The aim of this is to provide you with information for your visit and more specifically things that might have changed due to the COVID-19 situation. Please see the following for how to get to the Recreation Ground and where to park.

When you turn off of the A39 onto Timsbury Road, follow the lane for approximately 200 meters. The entrance to the Rec is the second turning on the left, you will see the red gates and it is just before the national speed limit signs. Please park in the car park AND NOT IN BUTLASS CLOSE. Please see the COVID 19 Info page for the one way systems around the Recreation Ground.

At the moment we are not allowed to use the changing rooms or showers at the Rec but we do have 1 toilet. These are for your use and for only 1 person at a time. There are paper towels and a bin which we ask you use to help keep it clean and tidy for others. For senior teams you will find an area marked off for you to put your kit, obviously if the weather is bad please leave you kit in your cars. For youth teams, your opposition coach will advise you where to put your kit.

Hand Sanitising and Track & Trace

We will have a hand sanitising station available for your use and please do use it when you arrive, during and when you leave. And as per FA regulations please also bring your own, clearly marked with your name. This also applies to your drink which YOU SHOULD NOT share with anyone else.

We are using the NHS Track and Trace QR Code log in system and codes will be placed around the Rec for you to use.

We will also have a paper system to use if need be.

We have a very popular public footpath running the length of the pitch alongside the clubhouse which we need to keep free of people standing and watching. This is a requirement due to social distancing which is something we have been asked to do from the Recreation Committee. For senior games we ask that spectators stand on the opposite side of the ground near the field or please feel free to use any of the benches around the field.

We know that this is not what people are used to who use the ground regularly but at the moment something we need to all do. Please keep 2 meters apart or 1 meter if you're wearing a face covering.

For youth games please be advised by the home coach where to stand but it will usually be behind one of the main pitch goal posts. If the under foot conditions are particularly wet and the pitch you are using is close to the clubhouse, you will be able to stand on the path but please observe social distancing and be respectful of those using the footpath.

The High Littleton Recreation Club will not be open to visiting teams after senior games for the foreseeable future.

We hope that you enjoy your visit to High Littleton FC but if you have queries re the Covid situation or what we are doing please contact our Covid Officer Phil Smith on 07766 305222 or

Many thanks
